The workshop aimed to review and adopt the guidelines and clinical pathways for prevention and management of maternal mortality causes in Jordan. Among the participants were members of the National Advisory Group for maternal mortality. Also within the participants were a number of specialists representing all actors within the health care system in Jordan, from both the public and private sectors, as well as the Royal Medical Services RMS, a number of educational hospitals, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
