Under the global theme “Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”, the GBV SWG, co-chaired by UNFPA along with UNHCR - has organized several activities building an understanding on the linkages between climate change and gender-based violence, in addition to commemorating the efforts of women contributors to climate change in Jordan.
