This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested products and have legal capacity to perform in the country, or through an authorized representative.
Objective:
The objective of the RFQ is to identify supplier/s who can provide UNFPA with the above mentioned products. The selected vendor/s are expected to provide such products, based on specific Purchase Orders submitted to the vendor/s.
Selected bidder/s must stamp or stick a note “Donation from UNFPA - Not for Sale” on all procured quantities. All procured items will be delivered to locations in Amman.
If the shelf life of a specific item is less than the targeted shelf life, where no bidder met the targeted shelf life, then UNFPA reserves the right to reduce the quantities as seen appropriate to meet its current needs.
Partial bidding:
Partial bidding is permitted, in which bidders can quote against any single item identified in the above table.
